Bio

Hello! My name is Jon Gustin and I am a 3rd grade teacher here at Stone Academy. I am passionate about education and I absolutely love being a part of the Stone community. This will be my 3rd year at Stone. Other than teaching I also have a professional background in urban planning and community social work. I grew up in Boston, MA and have lived in Chicago for the last 15 years. When I am not teaching you can most likely find me somewhere in nature hiking or exploring with my wife Daiva, my young son Julian and my dog Quincy.
